  My wife and I came here for her friends for the cabin,we didn't know what to we drove up and saw it was gaited we both knew it would be something spectacular.We were right!It was like being in a home away from home.First thing we saw was the hot tub on our private deck,yeah we used it! Nice and relaxing after a 10 hour drive.The bed was a little hard but we got used to it.I love the loft area.Our whole experience was relaxing,and oh so quiet.The staff was really nice.Toby welcomed us with an contagious smile.We have told our friends and family about this vacation.They are wanting to go,as do we...again.

  My wife and I had a great time, I wouldn't change anything about our stay. Cabin was great ( Matress was hard need new ones) other then that everything was great. Check in was really nice everyone was friendly and helpful. This was our third time staying there and we will be back.We had some friends vist us while we where their and they also comment on how nice evrything was. They will also be looking into staying their. I would like to thank everyone for the great vist and nice place to stay.

  Because of a snowstorm, the roads were a bit hazardous.American Mountain rentals gave me a backup cabin in case I couldn't make it to my cabin. But the resort workers were very good about scraping and adding snow melt. There was a power outage that lasted for 12+ hours due to downed trees on Walden Creek road.I will definitely be back!

  We stayed in Arms Way after Christmas and before New Year's Eve. The cabin was very clean and a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the secluded feel of it. The driveway is steep so be careful turning in. The hot tub is wonderful. We even enjoyed it during snow flurries! A great place to stay out of the way of all the hustle & bustle & traffic of Pigeon Forge.

  My husbnd and I stayed there last year for our honeymoon, and we returned there this past weekend for our 1 yr anniversary. The resort is very secluded and peaceful.   We went to brothers cove for our honeymoon looking forward to a nice secluded place to stay... And that's exactly what we got! The staff and maintenance guy were unbelievably nice and helpful, we had no problems during our stay. We are already planning a family vacation for next year. We can't wait to be back in brothers cove!

  Wit was diffcult with the kids to have to watch the same tv show in both rooms. you need to have the ability to watch different shows in the different rooms. this was a very minor inconvienience.

  The cabin was spotless. It was very secluded. We only heard other people on a couple of occasions. We really loved the hot tub and enjoyed using the grill. The furniture was really comfortable. The drive from the park to the cabin was very beautiful. I am going to recommend this cabin to everyone.

  We enjoyed being away from the main drag of Pigeon Forge, yet if we wanted we could be there in just a few minutes. The hot tub on the deck was very enjoyable. It was a great get away weekend for a couple of old ladies, however climbing down the loft latter in the middle night was sketchy !!

  We enjoyed our stay here very much. Just a few suggestions ..cobwebs in the corners by the main bed, debri under the upstairs bed and a very uncomfortable and broken rocking chair. The hot tub and jacuzzi was great...the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. TV above the fireplace in the living room hard to see from the sofa.

  We have stayed at Brother's Cove at least 4 times including our honeymoon. We love it, and will probably always stay there. We chose Arm's Way because of the loft. My daugher is 7 and she loved it. I would not recommend it for a couple with younger children due to the ladder, but for an older child it is fine. We enjoyed the privacy. It's just far enough for peace and quiet but still close enough to anywhere you want to go.

  You will see a lot of reviews saying that their cabin was dirty and they found bugs. Our cabin was actually quite clean. I mean yeah you will find some dust in the corners and the occasional bug but you are in the mountains! For mountain living this is
  a pleasure trip and is hardly 'roughing' it at all! It is very private for two people or a group of 4 and the cabin had everything that you would ever need. Great views, hot tub (indoor & outdoor) and all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel. I would highly

  Our dabin's lock on the entrance door/key pad was messed up when we arrived. Harold made several visits back and forth from the Brothers Cove office to our cabin to insure its working order QUICKLY. He was very nice and helpful!
