  The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had great amenities. The only negative for me was that we were looking for something private and this cabin was surrounded by many other cabins. There was a lot of traffic noise from the nearby road and I regularly heard the the very close neighbors.

  My husband and I's hearts leaped with joy as we entered this cozy, inviting cabin. The pictures hardly did it justice. It was totally private yet very open as we savored the canopy of trees seen through a whole wall of glass windows with a wrap around porch. We put the two extra blankets on top the king size bed that compensated for the sagging, soft mattress. It was a wonderful place to refresh ourselves and slow down. We enjoyed walking up and down the hills of the development for exercise. There were plenty of places to eat and a supermarket near by. The unit didn't have many extras like other places we have stayed. There was no hair dryer or laundry soap and very surprising no soup spoons. However, nothing significant to spoil our stay. We were grateful for this lovely place.

  My wife and I reserved this cabin for our anniversary and I must say I wasn't disappointed. It was in a perfect location with a grocery store just down the road and although it is away from all the "tourist" stops you can be in the heart of Pigeon Forge in about 10 min. The cabin itself is beautiful with a VERY comfortable king size bed and the kitchen is well prepared for cooking. When we first checked in the air conditioner wasn't working cause it had frozen up but with one call to the management it was fixed in less than an hour and we had no more trouble out of it. I would say the only complaint I would have about The Cats Meow would be the view from the balcony. The trees have grown up so you can't really see any of the surrounding landscape. Over all we had an amazing anniversary and an amazing stay and we Will be coming back again in the future.

  Nice size cabin for 2 people to enjoy a romatic getaway. The air conditioning did not seem to cool off the cabin as much as we would have liked. Enjoyed the Hot tub. Cabin was located in nice resort area.

  The cabin was very nice. The location was somewhat secluded, but the view was nothing but the tops of trees and other cabins. The "resort" was difficult to get out of and was a few miles away from any of the attractions. The price per night was fair, but we ended up paying the price of a full night in additional fees. The cost per night is only $99, but the average cost per night including fees and taxes was about $155!

  I was looking for somewhere to clear my thoughts, my grandmother had just passed away and I needed some time to be alone, it was very last minute ,I booked it the morning of the day I arrived. I received a discount for that:) The staff at the Property was so nice, It was fast and easy to get to the office, as well as the Cabin. The Cats Meow is a perfect venue for 2 or 1. The house is beautiful, I really enjoyed my stay, and will for sure be returning. The Bathroom in the cabin is to die for you should post pictures of that, the one on the website doesn't do it justice. I will however give the owners some little helpful advice lol! The Hot Tub, it is in no way comfterble and the water never got hot enough, as well as some of the jets no working properly . The dishwasher was broken, but didn't find it out til the last day when I went to turn on my dirty dishes, which have to be cleaned before leaving. The couch in the living room is beautiful but not livable, you slide right off of it. The amenties such as the jucuzzi and fireplaces were magnificant, The View from the porch was a wonderful sight to see all Day. The porch was relaxing and very nice as well, the Kins Size Bed was very cozy too. The cabin was also equipped with all the neccessaties for cooking, Which come in very handy. Little bottles of Shampoo and Conditoner, would be a great add for the Bathroom and maybe even an Ipod Docking Station on the shelves of the wonderfully built Fireplace/ Jacuzzzi too. And some WIFI !LOL! Just throwing that in there. hehe ,It was a great trip and look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you.

  One of the nicest cabins we have stayed at echota. Very helpful staff. Would have liked being able to check in at echota instead of driving into piegon forge. Cabin was well maintained, but could have used a good dusting but overall very clean. Will definately use this cabin again.

  The cabin was nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was a perfect place to unwind. The place was very clean and well equipped for most of your household needs. Location was about a 15 minute drive away from Gatlinburg, where most of vacationeers would like to go do things around in the Smokies.
  
  The view from the cabin was nothing as described in the posting, which was a little disappointing but is not a deal breaker given all the other positives. Good value for the money!

  This was a great weekend overall, I liked the location, peaceful and quiet and allowed my wife and I to relax for the first time in our 12 year marriage this time with no children. I do wish the phone had worked, we were told that the cell phone may or may not work, our did not, but we brought a calling card instead like we were told to do. Despite that incident our stay went over fairly well.

  If your looking to step it up from a hotel room this 1 bedroom cabin offers the perfect alternative. Great romantic retreat, that offers a very private setting. I would have provided it with all 5 stars but the owners should look at upgrading the audio visual equipment, and look at either repairing or upgrading the two person hot tub.

  The Cat's Meow is a wonderful cabin located in a very convienient area. It has the feel of privacy, but is close to the parkway. The cat theme decorations will make you feel at home if you are an animal lover. My wife and I love the cabin. I would recommend it to any one. It is our favorite cabin in the smokies and we always try to stay in it when we visit.

  This cabin was close to Gatlinburg. The view was wonderful, your right up in the pines and the smell is great. It was a littel dusty, bur suspect it was because no one had stayed there in a while.
  One piece of advice make sure you have $5 to park next to the Tattoo shop in gatlinburg (they will put a boot on your car as soon as you step out of the parking lot, seriosly $50 to get it off!

  Need to give more accurate location description of the properties online. I thought our cabin was in Gatlinburg since it was listed under "Gatlinburg Cabins" and it was actually in Seveierville.
