  My family and I absolutely loved the property! We enjoyed the numerous amenities but the breathtaking view of the mountains topped everything. Our trip to Heaven's Corner was a trip to remember for many many years to come. I am so grateful that we had an opportuntity to enjoy the cabin to the fullest. Recently, I learned that a major fire has destroyed a number of cabins hopefully Heaven's Corner wasn't one of them. I would recommend it for all families looking to get together for an unforgettable bonding experience. We traveled from TX, OH and GA and are definitely looking forward to more trips to TN.

  This cabin was perfect for our group of 13. We all had plenty of room and it was nice that all of the 7 bedrooms had king size beds. The lower level had 2 bedrooms/1 bath, a fridge, laundry room,tv and sitting room along with ice hockey, Pacman, and foosball. The second level, with 4 bedrooms/2 baths, had a pool table and a hot tub which allowed the younger ones to have a lot of fun. The main floor, with one bedroom and large bath, with jacquzzi in room, was perfect for the retired couple in the group. The view from the porches was spectacular and it was great the cabin was just minutes away from Pigeon Forge. It felt like a mountain escape without the mountain escape distance. As far as the cleanliness of the property, there were areas that could have been better cleaned, especially the bathroom walls and cabinet areas. All in all, the cabin was well maintained. There was, however, a problem with bees on the porch and the AC seemed to quit working closer to the end of our trip. We are looking forward to coming back to this cabin again very soon!

  Our stay at Heavens Corner was a pleasant surprise, the cabin has a great view of the Smoky's, all amenities were as advertised except the charcoal grill outside which was well past safe usable condition. Overall, we were happy with the unit.

  Or family of 10 adults and 3 children stayed at "Heavens corner" and found the cabin to be perfect for us! The cabin had a fabulous view of the sunset over the mountains! the bathrooms were small but,adequate.The cabin is showing some aging, but was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.I was a bit worried about the mountain drive up..but it was not a problem,and so worth the view and the ease to the local attractions!

  The view from the balcony was heavenly. I was impressed by the size of the bedrooms and the overall bed quality. I was a little disappointed in the shape of the game tables and sleeper sofas. The cabin could use a little updating of the decor, but overall it was very nice.

  Our overall stay in Hidden Springs Resort was great! The cabin layout worked nicely for our family and the view was amazing! We have stayed in the Smokies for the last 10 years during the holidays and a hot tub is always very important to us. The one in Heaven's Corner kept tripping the breaker even after maintenance came out on Saturday. Needless to say, we didn't get good use of it at all and was very disappointed. No other complaints and we had a wonderful time! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

  Early November is a beautiful time of year to be in the Smokies. Heaven's Corner has a beautiful view and lots of room. Had minor issues with the gas fireplace and hot tub but the maintenance staff was very timely and efficient. Lots of great memories at Heaven's Corner!

  Of the many times I have stayed in Pigeon Forge, I must say, the view from this cabin is #1. It was heavenly. No matter where you looked from, there was a glorious view. The cabin itself was also very nice. The beds were very comfortable. I had the best sleep ever!

  A beautiful view of the mountains. A great location to see the attractions and a lovely place to just hang out. We had the maxiumum occupancy and never felt crowded. We enjoyed the game rooms and the porches. We are swing lovers and think that a porch swing or two would be a lovely addition. Our family reuion was a great success there. Each family was able to do what they wanted during the day and reconvene in the evening for fun and relaxation.

• Family Vacation in the Smokies... Overall we were very pleased with this property. We had a few complaints, but our maintenance man, Rodney, was there to take care of them. We had 10 adults and 6 children staying in this cabin.

  The house was full of fun and laughter, with a few cries in between. We thoroughly enjoyed being away from our homes and in one big home for these 4 nights. We wished we could have stayed an additional night... none of us were ready to go home. The view was great from the cabin and there were plenty of games to play in the game rooms!

  I was there on a couples retreat. My chef rated our cabin in th top 5 that he had been in and he goes into a lot of cabins. Customer service was great and we had everything in the cabin we needed. I would recommend this cabin to any large group.

  There were seven couples in this particular party and everyone enjoyed their stay very much. It was a very nice chalet, we had no problems with anything, but there are a few suggestions we would propose for your consideration. With that many people and so few bathrooms and with having to share them with 14 people, to say the least, is very trying. We would suggest that you hang individual mirrors in each bedroom, especially for the women who have to put on makeup, without taking all that time away from the others. Also, a little trash can would work nice along with some towel holders to hang your linen on instead of on door knobs, etc. We tried to keep all the towels washed up to avoid this and have towels for the next day instead of bothering them at the office. We hope you all found our chalet in good shape after our departure!! We would recommend this property to anyone along with our probably considering coming back sometime in the near future! We all loved the location, beautiful views!!

  Pavement in front of steps was cracked and almost caused an accident with one of our family. One hot tub did not work at all. Pool tables were in bad need of repair along with the pool cues. Decks need some attention on the railing. Overall not bad, but does need repairs.

  The top floor bathroom floor was not clean. The middle floor furnace filter was very dirty.
  There were no foosballs for the foosball table. There were no darts for the dart board. These things were corrected quickly. The ladies enjoyed the hot tub as well.

  We had a great time at this cabin. The view is fantastic. It is next to the last cabin at the top of mountain. Plenty of parking space. Furnishing were okay and it was not dirty. I highly recommend it. We had a family reunion and it was perfect for it. The only problem was that one of the hot tubs was green and smelled bad. The first floor was not as cool as the other two but that was because the large windows. It wasn't hot. I will be back.

  We were a church group of 19 people. Everyone raved about the location. It was absolutely beautiful. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the sofa bed in the downstairs game room would not pull out to make the bed.

  We very much enjoyed our stay. There was only one problem with an air conditioning unit. it was fixed promptly the following morning. These kind of things sometimes just happen. But it was peaceful and enjoyable and we will do it again.
