  The peaceful mountain view from the decks of TN Lodge can't be beat! We all enjoyed our evenings sitting there (and in the hot tub) taking it in. The bedding (including the bedspreads) were fresh with extra blankets. The kitchen had ample dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking ware, (even two coffee makers!) and the baths had ample towels. The total cabin was EXCEPTIONALLY clean with the minor exception of the blinds. The bedrooms and baths were roomy. The game room and pool table were hits. The fireplace worked well and firewood was provided. Parking space was ample. I would recommend that the worn living room sectional be replaced and the Weber grill could use a bottom charcoal rack (the upper cooking rack was there). A few times the water pressure was a bit low but didn't cause any real problem. All in all, our 19 family members really enjoyed our stay. It was a true mountain experience.

  There were 21 of us in the Tennessee Lodge for 4 nights and we had a GREAT time. The views were fantastic, the fireplace created the perfect warmth and ambiance and well-stocked kitchen met our needs perfectly! We were able to grow closer together as a group in the time we spent together and we appreciated the cabin for the space it allowed.
  
  The only complaints we had were a few sub-par pieces of furniture. The sectional sofa had several seats that were sunken and at least three of the mattresses were badly in need of replacement and did not provide a good nights sleep. Other than that, the scenic location and nine bedrooms were just fantastic!

  Good space for large group. Some items were broken -- stools, blinds--, and no internet available, but fit a group of 23 really well. Rooms were pretty well insulated. For example, we could put babies down for bed in the room next to the game room and they slept just fine - regardless of the noise being made in the game room.

  The place was very clean and well kept up. The property managment team and (Nancy) was not only professional but made you feel as you walked in the door you were more than a customer or the the time you left you would want to come back due to the management company's style of greating you no matter what they were renting, it is such a warm pleasure to know it's not the corporate world to them but a world were they meet and greet people with a warm smile and display of kindness as if you are family.I would never think of renting or calling any other place.

  We were very pleased with the cleanliness and fresh clean smell of the cabin - this was probably most important to us. We liked the kitchen being well stocked with cooking utensils and everything being there that we needed. The view and atmosphee was beautiful and each of us that stayed felt that all was great - no one in our party complained about anything. We will probably make reaervations for another stay again next year around the same time.

  When our unusually large family decides to gather for a retreat/vacation, it takes a large facility to accommodate us! The Tennessee Lodge was just the place for us! The facilities were quite adequate with enough sleep arrangements to accommodate 9 separate family units. The beauty of the Smokey Mountains provides a beautiful back-drop for a relaxed family gathering. If you intend to enjoy the mountains, don't expect to drive in on a flat road! All the cabins are located on the side of mountains in order to capture the view; the Tennessee Lodge is only .4 mi up the mountain and is appealing to the faint-of-heart of high elevations! Beautiful & relaxing! The lady-bug season was in force during our stay, and the carpet could use a really good sweeping (and some carpet on stairs is showing wear and will need to be replaced soon). We will be back--unless our whole family decides to come and we need a larger cabin! :o) The Big Family from Crab Orchard, WV

  Overall we had a wonderful time. We didn't like the fact that there was only one TV in the living room. It would have been great to have at least one other TV, maybe in the game room. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. Great location.

  We had a very large group(23)and the cabin was very well equipped to handle cooking and seating for everyone. Of course there could have been more counter space and thank goodness for the second refridgerator. While the cabin was clean the furniture was well used and there could have been more storage and maybe luggage racks. All in all these are little quirks the cabin was very accomondating. We had a wonderful time.

  The price for this 9 bedroom mammoth cabin was VERY reasonable. Our people were blown away by the setup and the location, NOT TO MENTION the view off the 3 balconies. If you have a large group or large family this is the place to stay and worth every penny! Everything is in house for entertainment on rainy days and there is so much room PLUS privacy with the bedroom setup. Believe the pictures! Believe the information. We are so pleased!

  We had a great family Christmas staying in this cabin. Many happy, fun memories made. I do have several recommendations though. The wrap around couch in the living room worked great for our large family but the frame is broken under several of the cushions and whoever sat in those spots were VERY uncomfortable. The bottom floor bedroom with 2 Queen beds needs a mirror! All rooms need more hangers please. When we asked the rental office about a porta-crib and high chair we were told we could call a local rental company. To rent for 7 days was more expensive than buying new at Walmart, which is what we ended up doing. ..only to find a wooden portable crib AND a high chair in the closet once we arrived. The only area that was not very clean was the King bedroom closet on the 1st floor. We were very pleased with all the towels and extra blankets provided. Also having the 2nd refrigerator was a real blessing. We can't stop talking to our family and friends about our fantastic time in our Pigeon Forge cabin. We would definitely come back.   1) Was the vacation rental in a great location? it was great - the view of the mountains was breathtaking, watching the fog lift was like lifting the stress off your shoulders, could see the smoke from the train in Dollywood,close to alot of attractions

  The lodge was very spacious. We had 13 adults who each had a bed with two queens unused. The lodge was clean but with the amount of quests that go through in a season it wasn't spotless but more than acceptable. The views were awesome. The cabins are spaced so that you have privacy and quietness. The cabins are also close to the main drag but far enough away that you don't even know its there. Our cabin was .4 miles from Dollywood but you felt like you were in the mountains. I would highly recommend this for any family reunion. I would keep it under 18 people if it was me and with the three decks I would recommend bringing camping chairs; they supplied about 8 deck chairs. On a side note, the town only sells beer so bring (enough)your own wine and liquor if needed. Grocery stores are close by. Splash mountain was fun, whitewater rafting was a blast and the Great Smokey Mnts were breath taking. Finally for the price I'd say it was a great deal.

  Suggestions: more TV's, maybe not in every room, but more. That was an inconvience for sure. Also, there was not 1 clock or clock radio in the whole place. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, it was broken inside and that made it hard to store food. We had 11 adults and 6 children. There really should be 2 refrigerators in such a large cabin-we ran out of space and brought in coolers.

  A house that accomodates 20 people needs to have a bigger refrigerator. The distant view from the porch was nice, but closeup, it was mostly overgrown weeds.
  But in general, it was a nice, clean house; the perfect size for my family.

  We rented a 9-bedroom cabin and stayed with our entire extended family. There was an incredible amount of space and the cabin was so well soundproof that people could sleep soundly even if others were up and about. More than enough private bathroom space and enough kitchen supplies to make meals for the entire clan. I would probably add a tv upstairs in the game room but other than that, it was perfect. We were able to drive down the road right into Dollywood!

  The house was great for families looking to come together in one location. The house did show it's age when it came to the mini blinds and carpet. The trash collection area isn't large enough for the size of the house. But the location and views of the smokies help you to overlook those things.

  We were very happy with location and accomadations of this Cabin. We had 19 family members there and we were not running over one another. I would fully recommend this cabin. The only thing we found below expectations was the ice maker in refrigerator was not making ice very fast. It took all night to just cover the bottom of the receptacle for the ice.

  A very nice cabin, would be better to upgrade the outside furniture. I have used you guys before and the other cabins have very nice wood furniture. Overal though one of the best few days were spent in this cabin.

  This cabin is so nice! The view is gorgeous from any of the three balconies! I had a group of 28 and we all fit comfortably. It's literally 2 minutes from Dollywood, and maybe 5 minutes from the down town area. I will definitely be back soon! Loved it!

  There was ample room for the 24 of us. Good lay out of the rooms so you could not hear others on another floor. Perfect front row view of the fireworks.
  Our only dissatisfaction was that the blinds very filthy. They are turned to the clean (?)side but the other side is horrible. We tried to clean them and the dirt just made clumps but didn't come off! Many of us had our allergies act up due to it. It is a shame because the house was used but clean. The blinds should definitely be replaced. Go look at them.

  Very satisfied overall - furnishings in living area have been well used, some blinds in bad shape and very dusty - could use a larger referigator - dryer squeeked - oven worked sometimes - great view- property managment office help very helpful- hope to return sometime. Have a wonderful family reunion. Sent the group on a snipe hunt - laughed until we cried for hours and still laughing.

  Overall the lodge was in great condition. My family enjoyed it so much that we are planning to visit it again in the future. I would definitely recommend this lodge and it's location to anyone who wants to get away to enjoy the mountains and be close to Dolly Wood attractions. Plus, the property manager was very helpful when we checked in and with any issue prior to arriving at the lodge.

  Most everything was in good condition. When we arrived we found the floor soaked with water, as well as a leak in the roof on the upper floor. Had to have dryers and blowers in our chalet whole stay. Although those problems, the staff was very pleasant. Thank you all very much.
