  cherry hill cabin is the bomb, it is huge the pictures do not do it justice. we had five people with us, and the rooms are large. hot tub, the view, the rockers on the porch......i will go back, so relaxing.

  Our online gaming guild met here for a week,and it fit all 12 of us perfectly, with room to spare, and was easy to get to. And being gamers, the wi-fi was important. It actually handled a dozen gamers with hi-speed rigs online all at once! Our only complaints would be the phone didn't work, and cells couldn't get a signal. We had to drive out to call with a cell about the cabin phone, lol. Also, the outside trash containers weren't critter proof, and the racoons got a lot of blueberry waffles as a result. And there weren't enough, considering we were cooking 3x a day for a dozen folks for a week. We filled those two cans the first two days. Phones and trash pick up would've made it perfection.

  Overall, our stay at the cabin was great! There were a few things that needed attention such as some lights didn't work (fixtures, ceiling fans needed to be replaced and/or were not working or were loose)and light switches could have been marked. There were 2 doors inside that would work better if they opened the opposite way. The stairs leading up to the loft were a little too steep and if possible should be reworked. The pool table pockets had holes in them and needed to be replaced. The children were a little disappointed that the wifi wasn't working but we got that fixed very soon. However, with all that said the cabin was very nice and cozy and we loved the layout. We had all the privacy we wanted and we loved it and most definitely would visit again.

  This was the first time for most of our children and grand children to visit the Smokeis. They had a wonderful time and having use all togather was even better. My wife and I have Visited this area many time But not with the famly. The cabin was perfict for use and are looking forword to doing it aggen soon.

  I needed a place for a weekend youth rally with a group of teenagers and this place was able to sleep my whole group and was extremely convenient to check into and out of. Plus, it was private enough that I didn't have to worry about my teens keeping anyone else awake at 2:00 in the morning.

  Cabin is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very nice cabin with 2 fully equipped kitchens and 5 bedrooms. We would like to use this cabin again.

  Our family had a great time just relaxing at the cabin there was plenty of room for all of us and we didn't feel cramped up. The family/living room was huge and the big windows were breath taking my bed was comfortable and I heard no complaints from anyone else on there comfort. The only complaints I wpould have would be the trash. 13/15 people throwing trash away was a nightmare I felt bad when I leaft just after a 3 night stay it was stacked everywhere outside.and the downstairs bedrooms stayed to cool. but other than that we had a blast the whole pupose of the trip was to get my whole family together in 1 spot just to enjoy each others company and we accomplished that in this lodge. plenty of room,towels ans bathrooms. oh ya one more thing the red couch? it's probably time for a new one uncomfortable the cushions sink down to far just think it is wore out maybe replace it with a few recliners. 5 men find it hard to sit side by side on a couch or loveseat while they talk sports or drink beer. just a suggestion

  The general condition and location of the Cherry Hill Lodge was wonderful, my only suggestion is a bug zapper and a cleaning screen by the hot tub.

  The cabin was very spacious and the layout was great. The bedrooms were nicely arranged for privacy and very comfortable, which is good when there are so many people with varying bedtimes. The water pressure in the washing machine was extremely slow making doing a load of laundry an all night affair. All in all, it was a great experience and we enjoyed the accommodations very much.

  There were several small items that needed attention & some areas that were not very clean. The road is quite dangerous, no place to take walks & not much outside space for the kids to play in. We enjoyed our stay, but would probably ask more questions about the property before another stay. We did have an issue with the water & the pressure tank had to be replaced--it was done in less than 24 hours-very appreciative of that!

  I was very impressed with the cabin. It was beautiful inside. The only thing that made me up set was it was advertised as sitting privately on 4 acres and we were right on the road and didn't see 4 acres we could enjoy like I had hoped for. Other than that the place itself was beautiful and would stay there again if we had another small group next year.

  everything is better than expectation. enjoy the trip a lot. The only problem is to find the cabin. The instructions are clear but not enough for the first time visitor. We spent a lot of time in finding the cabin. It definitely helps if a map can be provided.

  Our son was on leave from Afganistan, so we planned a family reunion at Cherry Hill Lodge. We ran into difficulties by following the directions to the lodge. We called the office and found people to talk to but it was difficult. My husband had a major meltdown. The lodge was perfect for our many relatives. A few suggestions would be: A set of directions to operate the hot tub, we found out later after a maintence call that it was finicky, the handle on the front door kept falling off, the dishwasher would fall out of the insert if you had both trays open, there weren't enough dish towels, the can opener and wine opener didn't work and had to be replaced during our visit, and there weren't enough trash cans. The amount of trash generated by twelve people over a ten day period is a lot. Despite these minor glitches, we enjoyed our stay in the lodge and would rent it again.

• A great place for several families to have a wonderful time together and still have some privacy. We loved how the house was arranged and the options of closing off the bedroom areas so early risers or late night people do not disturb the sleeping
