  Our overall stay was nice. Was not able to use the T.V due to having no signal, made the night a litle boring. The veiw was a little disappointing due to over grown trees. Stair case was almost impossable for myself due to feet and leg issues. Oddly enough did enjoy the pool table besides the fact that it is not level. This cabin is very pretty and we did have a good time, wish we could have stayed longer.

  We had a great time at this cabin. It was perfect for us and two kids. The cabin was in a nice and quiet location far enough away from the city to be able to watch the meteor shower that occurred that night. The cabin would be too small if we had four fully grown adults and the murphy bed needs to have its locking legs looked at, but other than that everything was really enjoyable.

  Overall it was great! We love the mountains, the quiet, and the natural beauty. We enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the porch in the morning. The view could have been improved if the trees below us had been trimmed and not blocked the view, which was somewhat of a disappointment. The overall condition of the cabin was very clean and neat, but the bathroom floors needed to be mopped. The A/C kept us nice and cool in spite of the triple digit weather we had that week. We would heartily recommend to our friends and family to visit with you all at American Mountain Rentals.

  Very beautiful location and the sweetest cabin! I agree with some of the comments in the guest book that the pool table is unnecessary. Perhaps an Infrared Sauna to replace it? However it was so cute and quaint and it was heaven sitting in the hot tub (something I have never had an interest in before!) under the stars surrounded by the tall trees with the soft breeze and russling of the leaves. The cabin was all shiny wood and did not smell damp as one would expect...especially since the two days we were there were a bit drizzly. So peaceful we did not even leave to do anything else but soak in the hot tub, enjoy the peace, and take in the view!

  We had a wonderful time in our cabin! Love the hot tub! We want to come back.
  The only problem we saw was the bedroom is too small for the pool table and there needs to be a little more storage room for clothes and groceries if someone stays a week or longer.

  The cabin was a little smaller than expected after seeing it in the pictures, but once we got settled in it was more than enough space for us and our miniature Schnauzer. The views were fantastic as we could see bot woods and a littel of the mountains. The dual decks on the back of the cabin were quite nice. We even had an odd cold snap that gave us an excuse to use the fireplce. We also saw a couple of wild turkeys in the neighborhood and shared the back yard with a small rabbit. The cabin was everything we hoped for and the convenience of being a ten minute drive from Pigeon Forge was very nice. It was also nice to see that the roads to the cabin were not overly extreme or concerning to ride down. We have had the sexperience in the past of some rather difficult roads to get to other cabins, but this was not the case with this cabin. Thanks for a great vacation.

  We had a wonderful time in Little Bearadise. The cabin was very clean and adequate for our stay. I did not like the spiral staircase as it was very hard to get up and down so we spent most of our time on the top floor. We opted to sleep in the murphy bed upstairs so we would not have to climb up and down. One note, the front window above the sink does not lock well. I was nervous about leaving my dog there alone without the window locking well. One rocking chair was broke on the porch when we arrived. The company offered to fix it while we were there but we decided to just let it be until we left. I really like the locaiton of this cabin. The views were very pretty and it is at the end of a road so there was no traffic. I enjoyed it. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. My dog had a wonderful time too. I was able to let her out unleashed and go outside with her without fear of traffic.

  We went here on our honeymoon and it was the perfect quiet place to relax and rejuvenate. The only thing we did not like was the particular location has a cabin right next to it on the left, but we had very quiet vacationers so this was not a problem. Thanks, we will be back.

  I would definitely stay there again. The cabin was clean and in very good condition. It was secluded but at the same time it was very easy to find. I definitely think that it would be tough to have 4 people stay in the could happen but it would be very crowded. But once again I can't wait to go there again. Wonderful honeymoon.

  We have been coming there to the Smokies for about 9 years now. Each year, we stay in a differant cabin. Sometimes with differant companies. I was so very pleased that you still offer great cabins with affordable prices, beautiful views and wood burning fireplaces....there is nothing like the great smell.   My Girlfriend and I stayed at Little Bearadise for 4 days, and the view was amazing, the cabin was clean and cozy. We were a little disappointed to find out that we were right next door to another cabin, we wished it was more secluded. However, the cabin was beautiful, surroundings were quiet, wildlife was abundant, and overall, I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice cozy place to stay in Sevierville. We will rent again from American Mountain Rentals.

  Great location: close to Townsend and Pigeon Forge, but far from the crowd. Great view, perfect for two: we were three and it worked out ok even if we were a bit space-constrained.
  
  The property needs some minor fixes (e.g., some nails on the balcony were not completely hammered down and so it was a bit risky to walk barefoot on the balcony where the Jacuzzi is).

  My only suggestion would be to trim the
  branches in front of the Valley View road
  sign. This is the first left turn going
  up to the cabin. We missed this turn the
  first 2 times going to the cabin. We totally enjoyed our stay. We called it
  rustic/modern. All the conveniences of home,yet we were up in the mountains.

  We live in Southwest Florida and wanted to go some place other than a beach. This was a spur of the moment idea, we didn't know what to expect, but it turned out great!   My wife and I stayed at "Little Bearadise" for seven days in the month of November. We really enjoyed the location (central to Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge) it was about 15 minutes out of town. This particular cabin was not bunched up beside other cabins, so we felt we had privacy and solitude. We both really enjoyed the cabin and the area overall. I will say with this particular cabin, if you have problems with spiral staircases you may want to look elsewhere. We had no problems, though.

  I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the Little Bearadise Cabin in TN. It was my first time traveling to TN, and I had a very nice experience there. My Husband and I went their for our Honeymoon to a quiet little cabin. It was a great choice and I will definetly recommend American Mountain Rentals and in fact I plan on returning there on our Anniversary!   Little Bearadise was a beautiful, comfortable and clean cabin. The cabin was centrally located near pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The balcony had a hot tub ,which we did not use, and breathtaking views of mountains. I highly recommend the the cabin for two people, a couple with with 1-2 children, or two couples who don't mind that one will be sleeping on the murphy bed in the living room. Every day was truly a day in bearadise.

  We had a very pleasant stay at Little Bearadice. It is very relaxing with the hot tub, pool table and games. The view is nice as well. Not to far from town. Would love to go back !!

  The sofa was too small for 2 people and the bed was very uncomforable, we had to pile up all the blankets on it to make it more comfortable. The cabin it's self was beautiful and in a great location. We had a really good time.

  With the exception of bees on the porches when we arrived(management was very prompt in coming out to take care of them). The cabin was very nice. We didn't realize it was a multi level unit, so that was a surprise and it was a little difficult to get the luggage up and down the tight spiral staircase. We also had a problem with the billing, but it was resolved. Overall the cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay

  There was absolutely nothing we could possiby complain about! Everything I rated above got the highest rating. My kids were so happy there as well. When something happened to our dishwasher, someone came out and fixed it that same afternoon! Our only minor difficulty was trying to figure out the remotes, since we've never had dish TV. Maybe some simple instructions would be helpful. It would have also been helpful to have a dish drainer in the sink. But those are not even complaints, merely suggestions...We are grateful for everything inside and outside of our Little Bearadise!!! Thank you so much!!!
