  The house was located in a great location and I liked the overall layout although there were a few things that didn't make sense. It doesn't make sense that the Jacuzzi tub was up in the game room! That could be a little awkward..lol It would have made more sense for them to put it in the master or at least in one of the bedrooms. Also the hot tub is very outdated and in rough condition. I think it needs to be replaced. It didn't have any temperature gauges to know how hot it was. Overall it was a nice place and our trip would have been great if my wife and kid didn't get sick during our stay.

  Super views great location close to everythingawesome jacuzzi hot tub on third floor needs attention and the dish washer was not great however these are minor issues overall we had a blast the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and bears that came up after dark behind the cabin I would definately reserve again this was a very relaxing atmosphere and we loved every moment we almost did not want to go home it was so wonderful thank you mr.and mrs bennett your home in the mountains was super.

  Downstair bathroom shower would not get hot but over all this was a great cabin for two couples. The view was amazing and the cabin looked exactly what the pictures show on line.

  Good view and nice cabin. A little tricky to park cars and use the grill. Also, a little tricky driving out of the drive with wet leaves at a tight steep turn.

  The location of this cabin is right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with just 9 miles between each one. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The only thing that I had a problem with was the age limit. No where on the website nor when you make reservations does it say you have to be 21. Once we drove hours, they almost did not let us stay because none of us were 21. Thank goodness the lady who confirmed my reservation on the phone was there, because she even remembered that she didn't ask me my age.
  Other than that I would return again.

  We enjoyed our stay at Devine View, the only complaint was the air conditioning. We could not get the whole cabin cool.

  The AC worked but may need some maintenance before summer. There were times when it got a little warm inside and temp were not that high outside. The downstairs smoke alarm needed a battery on arrival. The upstairs TV remote needed batteries on arrival. I couldn't empty the charcoal from the grill as the ash can was completely full on arrival. All in all we were very happy. These small items are for your information only.

  We went with 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Grandchildren had upstairs loft to theirselves and loves it. The only thing that was bad was the queen bed leaved a lot to be desired. We fell together in the center and the decorative pillows had slobber and stuff on them. Other than the queen bedroom the house was well equipt and a beautiful place to stay.

  I took my son, my daughter, my son-in-law and my grandson. We had plenty of space to be together or have a little time to ourselves. My grandson loved the 3 balconies. We loved the inside of the cabin and the decor. We hope to come back in the fall.

  Overall the cabin was quite beautiful. NancyAnn was our contact at American Mountain Rentals and she was absolutely wonderful. There was just a few maintenance issues, but nothing that interfered with our stay. The view wasn't all that I had hoped for, but the cabin made up for it. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

  No Brooms or Vacuum to tidy up
  Trash was not emptied often enough
  No facility to top up the hot tub water level
  Spiral stairs were too tight
  One pool ball was missing
  Other than that the cabin was delightful and we had a really great time, we would come back for sure but maybe into a different cabin

  This is a great place to use as home base for a family outing. There's lots to do in the area, but it is always nice to return to a comfortable place in the evening with lots to do for our teenage kids. Just one item, the folks taking care of the hot tub should be re-evaluated since it is a shame to have such an expensive item not usable.
